Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, new releases, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 3–17 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and local customs or delivery conditions.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, courier disruptions, or high shipping volume.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after it has been issued, as courier systems may take time to reflect the latest shipping status.
